Welcome to Mrs.
Ballard's Environmental Science Web Site!!
We just wrapped up two service learning
overnight field trips (in as many weeks) to two different
South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) facilities,
Riverwoods Field Lab
and Dupuis Management Area.
I received numerous comments and compliments from many
different SFWMD employees regarding our student's excellent
behavior and work ethic. Thanks to all of you who participated
for your best behavior in representing RMS and your
hard work as well!
Special thanks
to Coaches Rogers and Rhoden for the sacrifices they made
in order to make these trips happen.
Well, the end
is in sight. We'll finish tying up some loose ends with
endangered species and
pine flatwoods.
Exam
review will start next week.
