are needed here
at RMS. RMS needs parents to join our Parent
Teacher Association, our RMS Foundation and
our School Advisory Council. Many changes are
being discussed at RMS and parent input is
essential. Please call the
main office (822-0200) for information on whom
to contact for each organization.

Magnet Schools of America Merit Award as a Magnet
School of Distinction for 2006.
This national award, given by Magnet Schools of America (MSA), is based on a
commitment to high academic standards, curriculum innovation, successful desegregation/diversity
efforts, and consistent delivery of quality services to all school stakeholders.
RMS has received this award three years in a row.
